Bilo goes on an adventure of platforming, dungeons, combat and bosses to fix his past mistake.

Important! If you see a black screen after clicking "START", that means a video isn't playing. Try switching to a different browser (Google Chrome is suggested) or downloading the game (Only the Windows version is tested).

Controls: Use the mouse for clicking on menu elements and attacking (with the right mouse button), WAD/ arrow keys for moving and jumping (don't worry, there is an in-game tutorial).

Difficulty: In the hub area of the game, you can go to the difficulty settings screen. You can make the game harder or easier by changing the amount of Bilo's health. Additionally you can give yourself infinite jumps (use it when you're really stuck or if you just want to mess around) and give Bilo more speed which he will gain over time while moving (this can make the game harder in some areas, so it's not suggested for your first time playing). Inside a level, you can choose to skip a section by paying some of your Dendis. Use that only if you really need to because you'll need the Dendis later.

You're more than welcome to play the game for free, but if you choose to donate at least 2 dollars you can get a digital art book and the soundtrack (and of curse it will help me a lot!).

good game

I agree with both Wasabi and SolarTest. Additionally i feel like a camera could be a little more zoomed in, the game is pretty and making it that small is a loss and makes playing a bit uncomfortable i feel. Other than that everything is cool art, music animations, oh about animations maybe the dying animation for enemy could be a bit faster or something? I just feel unsure whether i can go in it or not. Last thing i got a small bug, here's the screenshot, if i remember correctly i was spamming attack when falling and somehow fell down there

Oh also skipping a section feels to cheap honestly, it should cost more imo

Hmm... Looks like some issue with the collision, it didn't happen to me or anyone who tested the game but I'll look into it.

About the camera size, I guess I really haven't considered the fact that different screen sizes would all run the game the same way therefore the game can look smaller on other computers, I might change it but I suggest the you play the game in full screen.

And the skipping was something I wanted to have because I didn't want people to get stuck on a certain section and not being able to beat the game... The dendis (the points you collect) are needed in the end of the game which is why you should skip only if you really have to.

Thank you for the comment!

Then maybe at least when a player dies the dendis he collected in that level should be deleted? Because that makes farming them a bit too easy (or is it?)

I honestly had it and decided to remove it because I thought it was too harsh 😅

Very cute and solid platformer!

I agree with SolarTest. The game's weakest point is its repetitive gameplay, it makes getting past the beginning quite boring (especially with how slow everything tends to move). I think you're on the right path making customizable mechanics for Bilo. If you can find a way to draw the player in from the start, more people will want to complete it.

Pretty much everything else is perfect! The music, sfx, art, and overall feel is great. I can tell how much effort you put into this, please keep going with Bilo!

Feels a bit simple and repetitive at times, but it's definitely a solid and charming platformer game. I'll try to finish it.

Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate it!
